David Rigano is a playwright, director, songwriter and acting coach based in NYC. His plays include Chance Meetings, Goldie and the Bears and Life Lessons with Susan Gail. As a director and producer, he has worked on the original productions and workshops of Waiting for the Boys, Count Glookliech Has Arrived, The Legend of King Arthur and Can I Really Date a Guy Who Wears a Yarmulke?. David’s music has been heard in concerts and open mics around NYC, including three concerts of songs written with his brother, Paul. David is the composer of Facing East, a new musical. Along with executive director Amy Holson-Schwartz, David is the artistic director of Festival Arts.
